This is extremely beautiful. It catches their different personalities so perfectly.

I like how you gave each of them a dominant colour and feature: James the vivid, greenish blue and his usual play with the snitch; Lily the red and her defiant expression and wild hair; and poor Severus the nightly blue and his desperate posture.

I also like the bits of the colours from James' portrait reappear in Severus' frame.

And with each frame, we get a more intimate view of the person on display.
